    Pretty sure the glacier is gaining mass, some others around the world are too.
    i remember a scifi novel where warming led to a whiplash ice-age effect - nah, not that dennis quaid movie, what's-it-called

    I hear tinfoil doesn't cut it anymore. Considering active shield but don't know phase shift rates to cancel out their maser.
    almost certainly has to be same as body rhythms => there's a purpose to having one's head up one's ass.

and this week's "wtf?!" award goes to - yahoo!

yahoo's mail ain't as free as you might think - to prevent inactive account deletion, need $$$

there's someone i'm interacting with that i want to (continue to) use my fractalnavel identity with, and i remembered i had a yahoo account.  so i send myself a test message there - and find the following:

well, surprise, surprise...  "mail plus", eh ?  you betcha there's money involved:

wasn't yahoo mail another one of those full service, free account deals ?  well, if it was, it sure isn't anymore.
