silly question about coherent molecule movement
... if heat is molecular kinetic energy, does that mean a fast moving water ballon has hot water from some perspective ? if so, what's the temp / unit of velocity ? so very hot water can remain liquid. sort of.
but this is true, think of things hitting the earth's atmosphere.
