all i need to do is look 'em up. but i haven't. i could put in links too. but i won't.
so, off the top of your head - ? and what (approximative) synonyms have i missed ?
unmemorable academy awards
dang, last year's movies - and this year's academy awards ceremony - were so unremarkable (and even negating a positive description seems too generous) that i couldn't even remember that the ceremony had taken place. i drew a complete blank.
not that i follow these things much. i rarely even flip the tv over to the show, even momentarily. but normally there are movies that i've seen that i care about or was impressed by, so i pay attention to what filters in through the various news channels.
but this year - nothing. of course, i had just finished a ski trip in michigan and would be on my way to maryland in a couple days, but surely something would've blipped my radar.
nothing.
