mid trip news & ping
it's been that sort of week.
lazy day. i meant to get out and take some pictures, but i stayed in and caught up on email. back to “reality” shortly. a few days, at any rate. just basicaly ddropping a note to demonstrate continued existence. mine, i mean, not Existence.
trip summaries are more fun when they include a map. i'm not going to go there right now - i only have a 24kbps line ;-) the northern michigan skiing was excellent as usual. good people, food, snow, weather, scenery, and so on. these condos are nicer than the ones that we have been getting to date. there are pluses and minuses to each location compared to the other, we pretty much agreed it was a wash.
a couple of interesting observations: (1) some women my age can get scary; and (2) i'm not completely off my nut with some of my socio-economic-political observations.
more on these later - the kids are home, time to get pizza and movies.
i'm feeling sooo domestic ;-)
