I stopped by and looked at the problem,
the trash is full and its hard to get the bag out. I'm not sure I this can be
resolved. I have tried pulling on it, I have tried empting some out but still
the problem remains... this is a mind boggling problem. I have to get a manual.
I will keep you posted on this issue.

Well I stopped by by to see if I could
solve this problem with a few suggestion for other techs but the rebag didnt
work. Seems that the tuna has added a whole new twist to this problem, but with
some patients and nose plugs I should have this solved before the end of the
day.

Shazzzam! An expert was called in and
worked right through this problem. But it turns out we don't support trash
cans.... ummmmm
I informed the user that we cannot support
this issue and that I'm going to have to close this call. He said thanks for the
help and said it was ok to close this call.
He and the expert fixed this problem by
"Emptying the recycle bin"...
